Sadly instagram usually dictates what you should aspire to. Whatever trends you follow. Your age. The algorithm. Sometimes it will distract you from your overall goal to lead a FUN, HAPPY and HEALTHY lifestyle.

However this doesn’t need to be the case.

Yes everyone wants abs however there are numerous factors in play. If having abs is your sole goal then this article will not give you that.

  2. Getting abs stems from what you eat. Acquiring a Nutritionist like say The Fit Clinic is your best option. You cannot cheat a bad diet.
